I have been at war for probably now, the majority of my life. It has not been fought with guns and knives but with blood, sweat and many, many tears. I have lost more battles than I can remember but I am a warrior of life and no man on earth can destroy my spirit and with that I shall, in the end, ultimately, win the final battle and dare I say it, the war itself..…

Is it just me or are people not concerned with the UNITY of our country but just self-interest

How can a child, born with a disability get health insurance in a country that says he or she should have WORKED for it like everyone else did? Why do people say go to school when it becomes even more unaffordable EVERY year? Does it make sense to say get rid of universal healthcare and make it “MORE AFFORDABLE” when it was NEVER affordable BEFORE? These questions I have put forth are prime examples of how STUPID the right(MOST Republicans ) of the grand old PARTY think the majority of us are. I plead with all who can vote to get rid of the NUTS already in Congress and DO NOT let the LOONEY TUNES in either…PLEASE, take a breath and think very carefully about the situation.

People who are democrats don’t want ANYTHING given to them, that is just a bunch of silly crap. In fact many people do not want things given to them. Justifying “moral tunnel vision”(my way is the only way ) is a crime in itself

Love is not a simple thing. It is a friendship ; it is the binding of souls into more than they were BEFORE becoming one. Love is complicated;it is very hard to grasp. Love is meaningful; it can be well worth the effort. Love is a pain in the ass; we put up with things that under other circumstances we definitely wou…ld not. Love makes you question your motives; is it worth all the hassle?

truly grateful to know that I have tried my best, for that is all I
can do. I lift my weary head, laid so low from the constant onslaught
of life and behold, yet another day looms on the horizon, unspoiled

Strength

Strength is not measured by physical capability. TRUE strength of an individual is poked prodded, and primed all day everyday. People born with mental and physical health problems, others dealing with socioeconomic status problems, oppression, hatred and the like. Those are the truly STRONG who, despite these obstacles… greet others and the world each day with a sense of renewal, loving kindness and real STRENGTH…..

We are not supposed to use our past as an
EXCUSE 4 our behavior but as guideline, we can use that wealth of
experiences both good and bad, to get us to where we are GOING. If u
can cease wasting all that energy in making so many lame jacked up
excuses to stop doing this or stop doing that, eventually u will
…actually accomplish SOMETHING. I cannot say it any
clearer than that.

The HEALTH of Others: Do We Really CARE?

I know that from personal experience I, as a teen, suffered from Crohn’s disease. My mom did not have insurance initially. The insurance that she did get cost almost five hundred dollars a month. It almost brought us to ruin. I was going to Wright State at the time. The insurance company, then called Western Ohio now Unitedhealthcare, said that I had to go to school full time to qualify for insurance. The same insurance also said that a type of suppliment prescribed by my doctor would not be covered. People are always for the most part willing to pay whatever they can for things they actually need, not just what they may want. I needed health insurance immediately. The bills I had already accummulated before mom sacrificed money used to keep the household together, were astronomical. It was miserable and because of the stress of maintaining grades in school while going full time, keeping a part-time job, and the posssiblity of losing our home due to unpaid doctor bills and the like, I further deteriorated, close to death. So I ask all my fellow Americans that when it comes to other peoples’ health, ” Do we really care?

Expecting “Perfectionism” leads to absolutely nothing…..

Why argue over changes that bring about improvements. If we spend our time, money and resources in the right places then areas where we spend it unnecessarily will cease to be useful and it will turn out for the good of the people overall. No one “gets everything” they want out of life.No bill or other piece of legislation is “perfect “. Capitalism is not perfect, but we continue to use it. Medicine or cars r not perfect but we use them. We as human beings r not perfect either. So, even if the best minds and the most thoughtful individuals came together to make health care and we put everything conceivably possible within it, it WILL NOT be perfect. So, my fellow Americans I ask u this question, “Why not health care? THE GOOD OF THE MANY OUTWEIGHS THE NEEDS OF THE FEW.
